Gottfried Medical, Inc., is a family owned and operated Ohio corporation, formed in 1981. Our manufacturing plant and corporate offices are located in suburban Toledo, Ohio, at 4105 Alexis Avenue. Since our inception our business has been the manufacturing, research and development of therapeutic medical devices. We do not sell these products directly to patients or consumers. They are only available through our Worldwide dealer network as well as hospitals and clinics. All products require a prescription.

Support Before and After the Sale

We provide training on how to measure, fill-out order forms and transfer the measurements in preparation of an order. Our supports and garments are available with numerous special options and in various colors. All Made-to-Measure products are backed by a generous guarantee and return policy.

Gottfried Medical works closely with physicians, surgeons, physical and occupational therapists, hospitals and clinics, prosthetic and Orthotic suppliers and home health equipment dealers.

Upon completion, all orders are thoroughly inspected and finally prepared for shipping to the customer.

Ensil Fabric - Silicone Textile
Treat & manage dermal scarring

In 2002 we introduced Ensil® Fabric, for use in the treatment of hypertrophic and keloid scarring. This product is used in our burn garments whenever an order specifies a Silicone textile. It can be ordered by the linear foot for use by other manufacturers.
